Enterpreneur Spotlight: Anastasiya

Explore the full Q&A with Anastasiya as she reflects on her entrepreneurial journey, creative vision, and what it truly means to build a refined, intentional brand.

1. When did your journey as an entrepreneur begin?

My entrepreneurial journey began when I realized that beauty and style should be intentional, elevated, and deeply personal. From the very beginning, I knew I wasn’t here to follow trends—I was here to create meaningful, transformative experiences that allow people to fully step into who they are.

2. Tell us about your business.

I own two boutique businesses that beautifully complement one another. Hair & Nails by Anastasiya is my boutique salon where I create custom-crafted, healthy, unique, one-of-a-kind, low-maintenance hair transformations, along with breathtaking, one-of-a-kind nail transformations, including my signature encapsulated polygel nails. Exquisite Style by Anastasiya expands that vision beyond the salon, offering personal styling, wardrobe consulting, and personal shopping. Together, my businesses provide a luxury, head-to-toe experience where every detail is curated to reflect the client’s individuality, lifestyle, and essence.

3. List some of your biggest challenges in 2025.

One of my biggest challenges has been maintaining a high-touch, boutique level of service while demand continues to grow. I choose to protect quality, personalization, and integrity over speed or volume.

4. List some things you are most proud of.

I’m most proud of the trust my clients place in me. They don’t come to me for quick fixes—they come for guidance, longevity, and artistry. I’m proud that my work leaves clients feeling confident, polished, and aligned with who they truly are.

5. Are rising prices, high inflation, and high interest rates affecting your business right now? And how have you overcome these challenges?

Like many business owners, I’ve felt the impact. However, I focus on value over volume. My clients understand that what I offer is custom-crafted, intentionally refined, and designed to last, which positions my services as an investment rather than an expense.

6. Tell us one of your business plans for 2026.

In 2026, my focus is to continue refining my signature approach—bringing each client’s vision to life through my artistry, experience, and intuition. I will continue blending hair, nails, personal style, and presence into cohesive transformations, guiding my clients toward the best version of themselves through my custom-crafted work and magic touch.

7. Where do you see your company in 5 years?

I see my brand as a trusted authority in beauty and personal style—known for one-of-a-kind transformations that enhance who a client already is, rather than changing them.

8. What is considered growth for you in business?

Growth means refinement. Serving clients at a deeper level, strengthening the boutique experience, and delivering consistently exceptional, intentional results.

9. What have you learned new about yourself this year so far?

I’ve learned that my greatest strength is vision. I can see the full picture—hair, nails, wardrobe, color, and personal presence—and bring it all together into something cohesive, powerful, and uniquely tailored to each client.

10. How have you used social media to bring in more business effectively?

I use social media as a storytelling platform, showcasing the process, intention, and transformation so potential clients can connect with my artistry and level of care before they ever book.

11. What are some of the most effective marketing tools you use to bring in new clients? Besides social media.

Word-of-mouth and reputation have been my strongest marketing tools. When clients experience a high-end, personalized service, they naturally want to share it.

12. Which entrepreneurs are you most inspired by?

I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who build legacy brands rooted in craftsmanship, integrity, and uncompromising standards.

13. What is your favorite motivational / entrepreneur quote?

“Luxury is not excess—it’s intention.”

14. When times are rough in business, where do you find the strength to keep going?

I find strength in transformation. Seeing my clients feel happy, joyful, confident, and truly seen gives me the motivation to continue. Their joy fuels my passion.

15. What advice would you give to a young up-and-coming entrepreneur?

Master your craft, protect your standards, and don’t rush your growth. Build something purposeful, refined, and true to who you are.

16. What would this chapter of your life be called?

Refined. Intentional. Elevated.
